While we work hard to deliver measurable growth for every client, eCommerce results depend on many factors outside our direct control, including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and competition. We do not guarantee specific revenue or ROAS outcomes unless explicitly stated in a signed service agreement.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, designs and code — is the property of EcomsHub and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
Strategies, reports and creative assets developed for a client become the client's property upon full payment, as specified in the service agreement.
Any information shared with us during the enquiry or engagement process is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EcomsHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our services, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms (Amazon, Meta, Google, etc.). Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
